It does not cover redesigns or new pages. Cancel any time from the billing page. After twelve months on the plan the site and its code are yours to keep; cancel before then and the site simply comes down, with nothing transferred. A web address, if one is needed, is registered in the business's name after the first month, or an existing one is pointed at the site.
